Congratulations to Barbara Moulton, winner of the WCSH “6 Who Care” award. Barbara was recognized for her unwavering commitment to Kittery families and for her life of service. We are lucky to have her in our school community. She started volunteering when her son entered Kindergarten
decades ago and she never left!
