Fixed or Growth Mindset


Mindset is a simple idea discovered by world-renowned Stanford University psychologist Carol Dweck in decades of research on achievement and success-- a simple idea makes all the difference.  Teaching a
growth mindset creates motivation and productivity in the worlds of business, education, and sports.  Research on the effects of praise and how we can alter our interventions to nurture a growth mindset is some of the best information that I feel I can pass along to parents and educators.
