For those of you who may not get updates from Mitchell School via our Facebook page, I wanted to share with you the link to the recent television program about Yoga 4 Classrooms. Kudos to Lisa Flynn and Sharon Trull from Yoga 4 Classrooms and to Mitchell first grade teacher Tonya Fitzgerald and of course, Mr. Foster, who brought the yoga residency to our school.
