Teaching children gratitude
People who regularly give thanks and incorporate the practices of gratitude into their daily lives tend to be healthier, both physically and psychologically. Even though it's that time of year when we pause and formally give thanks, I encourage you to extend "the attitude of gratitude" to your parenting repertoire.
